Your Foundation plan answers website chat and voice in your widget. To have StyleFlo answer your phone calls as well, add the UK landline bolt-on. We give you a local UK number, and you divert your own business number to it, so customers keep ringing the number they already know.
You choose your phone minutes, from 10 minutes a month for £8.99 up to 30 minutes for £18.99. These come on top of the 10 voice minutes in Foundation, so you have 20 to 40 minutes a month in total, shared between website voice and phone calls.
StyleFlo can't transfer calls to a person yet. Instead, it takes the caller's details and emails genuine enquiries to the address you set in your dashboard. Your phone provider may charge you for diverting calls. See How do I use my current phone number for how to set up the divert.
