I have multiple locations, how do i add all my units and staff

We would recommend that you have different chatbots for each location, hoever, you could document the different locations and upload the data to the chatbots knowledgebase and have one calendar for each unit. If you have colleagues who travel between the units, you should also add this data to the knowloedgebase
