How do i change the appointments in the calendar if i need to take time off?

As the owner of the calendar, you can change or alter anything within it, and, depending on your settings within the calendar, an automated email may be issued by google.  If you alter the dat/ time of a booking, your agent will add a new booking to the old times if you do not block it out.
